About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and maintenance. This role also involves managing consumer litigation by coordinating with external legal partners, and ensuring the company//'s legal and contractual obligations are met.

List The Duties and Responsibilities

Contract Drafting, Review, and Management:

• Draft, review, and validate a wide variety of commercial

agreements to support business requirements,

ensuring legal soundness and protection of company

interests.

• Handle diverse types of agreements, including:

o Partner and Client Agreements

o Service Agreements

o Tripartite Agreements

o Logistic Agreements

o Manpower Agreements

o Retail and Distribution Partner Agreements

o D2R (Direct-to-Retailer) Agreements

o Technology Agreements

o BER (Beyond Economic Repair) Agreements

o Liquidation Partner Agreements

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including

partner/vendor onboarding procedures.

• Diligently maintain and update a central Agreement

Tracker to monitor contract status, key dates, and

obligations.

Litigation Management:

• Collaborate closely with the Consumer Experience

team to assess legal matters, decide on a line of action,

and collate all necessary facts and evidence for

defense.

• Serve as the primary liaison for external counsel and

other legal service providers for all consumer-related

cases.

• Thoroughly review and finalize drafts of legal

documents, including replies, evidence affidavits,

written arguments, and other court applications.

• Coordinate the notarization, execution, and timely

dispatch of all court documents to local advocates for

filing.

• Proactively follow up with advocates on the status of

ongoing cases, provide necessary updates to internal

stakeholders, and maintain a comprehensive litigation

tracker.

• • Ensure full and timely compliance with final orders

and directives issued by courts.

Background and Requirements

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with demonstrable expertise in contract drafting and management.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external counsel.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.

• o Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracker management.
