Associate Management Consultant

A GCC based consulting firm is looking for a Junior Management Consultant to support the current team. The main responsibilities of the job holder are as below. This is a contract based role.

• Proposal Development: Support in developing management consulting technical and financial proposals, defining project scopes, methodologies, and resource requirements
• Strategic Research: Conduct market scans, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to provide a factual foundation for business development.
• Business Development Support: Assist the leadership team in identifying growth opportunities and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle for consulting engagements.
• Executive Support: Translate complex strategic concepts into high-impact narratives and executive-ready solutions.
• Methodology Development: Support the creation of proprietary consulting toolkits and standardized strategy frameworks to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Knowledge Management: Document case studies, white papers, and "lessons learned" to build the firm’s internal intellectual property.
