Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household/Current Account). The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers for our household and current account products through various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.

Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.

Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales acumen and ability to negotiate and close deals.

Knowledge of banking products and services.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
