Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household/Current Account). The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers for our household and current account products through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
