The Opportunity

As a third-party recruitment partner, we are seeking a versatile Associate Manager of Business Development. This role is designed for a mid-level professional who possesses a unique blend of revenue-generation "hunger" and the operational discipline to oversee execution delivery. You will be responsible for the full business development cycle while ensuring that the client’s vision is translated into high-impact reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Business Development: Manage the complete journey from initial lead identification and strategic outreach to final contract closure and partnership development.
• Operational Oversight: Bridge the gap between sales and execution by coordinating the delivery of event-tech and marketing solutions.
• Campaign Coordination: Leverage exposure to ATL/BTL campaign execution to offer clients comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value corporate clients, ensuring their requirements are gathered and met with precision.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate long-term industry partnerships that expand the client's market footprint.

Required Qualifications & Standards

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA)

Experience & Industry: 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within event management, marketing agencies, or corporate coordination.

• Professional Mindset: Must exhibit a high-performance "no-excuse" mindset with a culture of absolute ownership, accountability, and the resilience to thrive under intense pressure.
• Strategic Capability: Proven analytical and conceptual thinking ability focused on target-driven results, independent problem-solving, and managing complex execution delivery simultaneously.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
