Associate Manager- Cyber Security

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cybersecurity strategies to safeguard systems, networks, and data.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and security events for timely incident response.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain security policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Regularly test and update disaster recovery strategies through simulations and exercises.
• Experience with ethical hacking tools such as Metasploit, Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Nessus, and other relevant software.
• Perform risk assessments and business impact analyses to prioritize critical systems and recovery needs.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

Required Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, and network security protocols.
• Scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor/ Masters in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 4- 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity or related roles
