Associate Manager Data Analysis

As an associate manager of data analysis in the Claims Control organization, you'll manage a team of five analysts and translate analytics into actionable insights across core claims file owner functions. You'll partner closely with Claims leaders, process owners, and Control teammates to ensure analytics inform decisions, improve customer outcomes, and strengthen how work gets done. In this role, you'll contribute to test-and-learning efforts and assess impact and surface implications for claim handling and customer experience. Additionally, you'll implement new measurements, lead analytical projects aligned to our Claims Strategy, and shape how insights are delivered.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring analysts and managing complex initiatives requiring alignment across teams.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to connect data to operational realities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical partners, adjusting the level of detail to audience needs.
  • A collaborative approach and proven ability to work across teams and fields, with curiosity, ownership, and a desire to grow as a people leader and strategic partner.
  • Proficiency with SQL, R, SAS, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.

Compensation

  • $98,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
