Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Functional Analyst to join our Commercial Go-to-Market team. This role focuses on driving the implementation and adoption of Power BI reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making in commercial operations. While the role is primarily functional, the candidate must possess strong SQL knowledge, analytical skills, experience with data integration, and a solid understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, including delta loads and data management processes, to effectively collaborate with technical teams and deliver actionable insights
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering.

Collaborate with commercial go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.) to understand and translate business needs into Power BI reporting requirements.

Conduct user interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure dashboards meet business objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for end-users to address reporting needs and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

4-8 years of experience in a functional or business analyst role, preferably in commercial go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, or customer success).

Proven experience driving Power BI or similar BI tool implementations in a business environment.

Hands-on experience with data integration processes and working with enterprise data warehousing systems.

Familiarity with delta loads, ETL/ELT processes, and incremental data updates in a data warehousing context.
