Associate Manager Human Resources

Job Description:

• Handle Recruitment, Joining and Exit Interviews of Executives
• Maintain recruitment MIS and create all role related SOPs
• Facilitate and support the implementation of the performance management process
• Prepare Annual Training Calendar and provide need-based training
• Conduct Skill Mapping exercise and Assessment
• Facilitate Multiskilled Development Programs
• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives
• Drive and facilitate societal initiatives & community development
• Strengthen governance around statutory compliance

Required Qualification:

MBA (HR)/ MSW (HR)

Knowledge:

HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel

Good to have knowledge of Labour Laws, Psychometric tools

Experience:

7-10 years of experience (good to have factory exposure)
