We believe great content sparks meaningful connections, and our teams are dedicated to delivering premium experiences that engage audiences around the world.
The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to join our Lifecycle & Loyalty team as Associate Manager, Lifecycle & Loyalty. This role will help design and execute programs that deepen subscriber engagement, reduce churn, and strengthen loyalty across our portfolio of brands.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Engagement & Retention, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, content, and product teams to deliver personalized, high-value experiences that keep our subscribers connected to the content they love.
What You’ll Do
Drive Engagement Initiatives
Support the development and execution of lifecycle campaigns that increase subscriber engagement across multiple channels, including email, in-product, push, and social.
Partner with editorial teams to highlight content that reinforces subscriber value.
Contribute to the strategy for loyalty programs and exclusive subscriber benefits.
Optimize Retention
Analyze subscriber behavior and retention data to identify high-impact opportunities for churn prevention.
Assist in testing and rolling out win-back campaigns, renewal messaging, and retention-focused incentives.
Collaborate with customer service to ensure retention strategies align with the overall subscriber experience.
Measure & Improve Performance
Track KPIs such as engagement rate, churn, renewal, and loyalty program participation.
Provide reporting and actionable insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
Work closely with analytics to design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments.
Collaborate Across the Organization
Partner with product, CRM, creative, and editorial teams to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned and audience-first.
Coordinate with acquisition and lifecycle teammates for seamless customer journey communications.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, or loyalty marketing.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in subscription-based businesses, media, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Looker.
Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
What We Offer
At Condé Nast, you’ll join a team that values creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.
