Marketing Manager III (Contingent)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. In this position, you will develop and execute data-driven campaigns aimed at retaining our established subscribers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends and optimizing campaign performance, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven engagement campaigns targeting established AMU subscribers
  • Collaborate with data science teams to identify and refine predictive indicators of subscription drop-off
  • Partner with product and channel teams to create targeted campaigns that deliver relevant content to at-risk customers
  • Design and implement experiments to increase adoption of retention-driving features
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Contribute to our existing engagement roadmap while bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas
  • Monitor and report on key engagement metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive results


Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables
  • Proven ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Preferred experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Pay Range: $52 - $60 per hour
