Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Associate Manager – Performance Marketing to join our Growth team. You will be responsible for designing and executing lead generation campaigns across digital platforms, with a specific focus on lead capture through web-based lead forms — with no app download required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) focused on lead generation via lead forms (not app installs).
- Develop and manage funnel strategies for high-intent lead capture with optimal CAC (Cost per Acquisition).
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and form flows to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams to build and improve high-converting lead capture assets.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in performance marketing to scale lead acquisition.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2C tech or consumer internet company.
- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns using platforms like Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms, etc.
- Strong understanding of user funnels, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a product or subscription-based company.
- Exposure to CPL (Cost per Lead) optimization.
- Familiarity with regional language campaigns (a plus, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹724,545.20 - ₹2,282,574.82 per year
