JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking an Associate Manager – PMO to support and drive strategic digital transformation initiatives within the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers high visibility and is critical to ensuring the effective delivery of regulatory and commercial digital programs aligned with organizational objectives.

The role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and product, providing centralized governance, execution oversight, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple digital initiatives
  • Establish and enforce PMO governance, standards, methodologies, and reporting
  • Monitor program performance across business, technology, and product teams
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory entities
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues
  • Support portfolio prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: All Departments

External: Vendors, agencies, customers

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Experience

  • 6–9 years of experience in PMO, project management, or program management roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex initiatives in matrix organizations
  • Hands-on experience delivering digital or technology-enabled programs
  • Strong exposure to working with cross-functional business, product, and technology teams
  • Experience engaging senior leadership and supporting executive-level decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
