About the Role
We’re looking for energetic, driven freshers who are eager to kickstart their careers in Growth Marketing. As a associate within the Growth Marketing function, you’ll work closely with other Marketing functions and Sales teams to support the execution and automation of go-to-market initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to build and automate GTM processes
Support in the integration of sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and data pipelines
Analyze go-to-market metrics and generate actionable insights
Assist with building dashboards, reports, and workflow automations
Align SDEs' respective goals and work towards facilitating them through strategic GTM motion

What We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates from Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or related fields
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new things
Expertise with Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Good Communication
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Hunger to make an impact in a high-growth environment
