Job Role / Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
- Manage undergraduate (Year 4) and MNCH rotating students in the Department of Paediatrics & Child Health.
- Arrange OSCE exams and facilitate elective students in the undergraduate program.
- Assist faculty with routine tasks, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Provide logistical support for meetings and departmental events, including minute writing.
- Support in hiring and staffing processes for secondary hospitals, IMS, and non-full-time faculty.
- Coordinate with HR for interview scheduling, PR raising, and maintenance of faculty records.
- Arrange transport and travel logistics for faculty as required.
- Handle phone calls and greet/assist guests visiting faculty.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the Paediatric Physical Therapy program.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
You should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Science, or Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setup.
- Basic knowledge of clinical work.
- Strong ability to manage time, organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong administrative and analytical skills.
- Motivated and adaptable to change.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and set priorities effectively.
