Associate People Success Executive

Devsinc is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate People Success Executive to support the People Success team in enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and eager to grow their career in people management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication programs
  • Support talent acquisition processes including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with senior team members
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR programs and policies in a timely manner
  • Support the organization of company events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in HR or people management preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
