Associate People Success Executive
to support the People Success team in enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and eager to grow their career in people management.
Responsibilities:

Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication programs

Support talent acquisition processes including interview scheduling and candidate communication

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development

Help implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with senior team members

Respond to employee queries regarding HR programs and policies in a timely manner

Support the organization of company events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

1 year of experience in HR or people management preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
