Job Role: Lead Business Analyst (with Reinsurance experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule f regulatory compliance application analysts are involved in initiating and renewing treaties by capturing key data elements The application is being migrated from Abinitio to DataStage
- System Integration Tools like Schedule f work with multiple source systems to consolidate the policy data to perform ensure seamless data flow and compliance
- Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with accounting IT and profit center teams to ensure accurate cessions and controls
- Strategic Projects Act as a subject matter expert on reinsurance initiatives and system enhancements
Skills Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of reinsurance principles especially treaty structures assumed and ceded
- Analytical skills for interpreting contracts and financial data
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in reinsurance
- Effective communication and collaboration across global teams
- Background in insurance or actuarial science is often preferred
Soft Skills:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to influence and lead cross functional teams
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

Benefits
Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
