Job Purpose:

The Cataloging Associate will be responsible for accurately documenting and managing the inventory of pre-owned vehicles for Legend AutoHub, the Used Car Division of Legend Motors, serving exclusively the UAE market. The role focuses on creating detailed, high-quality vehicle records to ensure transparency, support sales efforts, and maintain compliance with UAE regulations, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Data Entry:

Create and maintain accurate vehicle listings in the inventory management system, including details such as make, model, year, mileage, condition, features, plus inspection report and pricing

• Quality Assurance:

Verify vehicle information through physical inspections and cross referencing with documentation (e.g., RTA records, service history) to ensure accuracy and transparency for customers.

• Collaboration with Refurbishment Team:

Coordinate with Refurbishment team to document refurbishment details, certification status, and warranty information for each vehicle. • Digital Catalog Management: Upload and update vehicle listings on AutoHub’s website & other classifieds platform, ensuring high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and SEO optimized content to enhance online visibility.

• Compliance:

Ensure all cataloged data complies with UAE regulations, including RTA requirements and VAT documentation, maintaining accurate records for audits and sales processes.

• Customer Support:

Assist the Sales team by providing detailed vehicle information during customer inquiries, ensuring consistency between catalog data and sales presentations.

• Process Improvement:

Suggest improvements to cataloging processes to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and alignment with market trends in Dubai’s used car sector. Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Data Accuracy:

Achieve 98% accuracy in vehicle listings, verified through monthly audits against physical inventory and documentation.

• Catalog Completion:

Catalog at least 20 vehicles per week, ensuring all required fields (e.g., specifications, condition, pricing) are complete and accurate.

• Digital Upload Efficiency:

Upload or update 95% of new inventory listings to Legendrentacar.com within 24 hours of vehicle receipt.

• Customer Query Support:

Respond to Sales team requests for vehicle data within 2 hours, achieving a 90% satisfaction rate from internal feedback. Qualifications

• Experience:

2+ years in inventory management, cataloging, or data entry, preferably in the UAE automotive industry.

• Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Skills:

1- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
2- Familiarity with UAE used car market and popular brands.
3- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
4-Excellent organizational and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Attributes:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automotive inventory systems or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud). • Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes or automotive technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and SEO practices for online vehicle listings.
