Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager will support product initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in product management. This role combines product development with product operations responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career in product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product development lifecycle, from research to launch
• Gather and analyze user feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends
• Manage product operations, including sprint rituals, release coordination, and documentation
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings, stakeholder calls, and communications
• Create and maintain product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Track product metrics and prepare reports for leadership review

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in product, operations, or related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
• Proficiency with modern work tools and AI technologies
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to work with partial overlap with US business hours
