Associate Product Manager

Job Title: Associate Product Manager – Hardware Products

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager with a strong passion for hardware product development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the design, prototyping, and successful launch of innovative technology products that bridge engineering excellence with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from concept → prototype → production → launch, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with design, R&D, sourcing, and testing teams to support prototyping, validation, and continuous product improvement.
• Assist in Bill of Materials (BoM) creation, vendor coordination, and field testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and feature enhancement.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, compliance reports (e.g., BIS), and project trackers to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure hardware feasibility, cost optimization, and on-time delivery of products.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or hardware/electronics development.
• Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management, electronic components, and product testing processes.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, sourcing, and operations teams.
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to innovate and deliver high-impact products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Experience:

• product management or hardware/electronics development: 4 years (Preferred)
