Position Overview

The Business School invites applications for an experienced and accomplished Associate Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM). The role demands academic leadership, significant research output, and strong industry engagement to shape future-ready HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver high-quality teaching across UG, PG, and executive education programs in HRM and related domains.

● Lead curriculum innovation, ensuring global relevance and industry alignment.

● Publish research in top-tier journals and contribute to thought leadership in HRM.

● Guide doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate research.

● Mentor junior faculty and contribute to faculty development initiatives.

● Establish and strengthen industry-academia partnerships for projects, consulting, and placements.

● Contribute actively to institutional development, accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC/AMBA/AACSB), and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior or related fields from a reputed institution.

Minimum of 8 years of academic experience (with at least 3 years at the Assistant Professor or equivalent level).

● Strong record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and recognized research contributions.

● Experience in curriculum design, academic administration, and industry collaboration.

Desired Skills

● Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.

● Expertise in specialized HR areas such as Talent Management, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, Labor Laws, and Strategic HRM.

● Ability to secure funded research/consulting projects.

● International exposure (teaching, research, or industry) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
