Shift Timing: Night Shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM) | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within defined objectives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure effective resource planning, availability, and allocation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques
• Track project performance using suitable metrics, systems, and tools
• Collaborate with other APMs and PMs to improve processes and workflows
• Report project status, risks, and issues to the Senior Project Manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Manage relationships with external vendors and third parties
• Prepare and maintain complete and accurate project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years minimum), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience of at least 1 year as a software developer is preferred, with a strong technical background and understanding of software development and web technologies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with task and project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
