Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the planning and execution of software development projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
  • Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to optimize productivity
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones and progress
  • Handle changes in scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate project management tools
  • Track project performance using metrics and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to enhance workflows and processes
  • Provide regular progress updates, including risks and issues, to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors when required
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year program), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
  • At least 1 year of experience in software development is preferred
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and web technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
