Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the planning and execution of software development projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes
Allocate and manage resources effectively to optimize productivity
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones and progress
Handle changes in scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate project management tools
Track project performance using metrics and reporting tools
Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to enhance workflows and processes
Provide regular progress updates, including risks and issues, to senior management
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with third-party vendors when required
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (4-year program), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
At least 1 year of experience in software development is preferred
Solid understanding of software development processes and web technologies
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
