Associate Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift Timing: Night Shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful project execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined scope
  • Define project scope and objectives while engaging all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and availability
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress
  • Apply appropriate methods to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs
  • Track and evaluate project performance using relevant tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with other Associate Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs) to improve processes
  • Report progress and escalate issues to the Senior Project Manager when necessary
  • Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role
  • Preferably 1 year of experience as a software developer with a strong technical foundation
  • Understanding or hands-on experience with software development and web technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Proficiency in task management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
