Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of software development projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables to maintain timely execution
• Assist stakeholders in defining project objectives, scope, and expected results
• Improve resource utilization to maximize team productivity and efficiency
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and progress reports
• Handle changes in project scope, timelines, and budgets using suitable methodologies and tools
• Track project performance through reporting systems and key performance metrics
• Support senior Project Managers in enhancing workflows and operational processes
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges to management
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners when necessary
• Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
• Prior experience in software development (at least 1 year) will be considered an advantage
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web technologies
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
