Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of software development projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables to maintain timely execution
- Assist stakeholders in defining project objectives, scope, and expected results
- Improve resource utilization to maximize team productivity and efficiency
- Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and progress reports
- Handle changes in project scope, timelines, and budgets using suitable methodologies and tools
- Track project performance through reporting systems and key performance metrics
- Support senior Project Managers in enhancing workflows and operational processes
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges to management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners when necessary
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
- Prior experience in software development (at least 1 year) will be considered an advantage
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web technologies
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
