Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to assist in managing and delivering software development projects successfully. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are executed smoothly, delivered on time, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor project scope, schedules, and deliverables to keep projects on track
• Support stakeholders in defining project goals, scope, and expected outcomes
• Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity and team performance
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports
• Manage project changes related to scope, deadlines, and budgets using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Track project progress using reporting systems and performance metrics
• Assist senior Project Managers in improving operational workflows and processes
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project status, risks, and issues
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and external partners when required
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and regularly updated

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
• Prior experience in software development (at least 1 year) will be considered a plus
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
