About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Associate React Developer to join our front-end development team. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to build high-quality, responsive, and interactive web applications using React.js. This role is ideal for individuals eager to enhance their skills in modern front-end development and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using React.js
• Implement reusable components, state management, and UI logic
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional components
• Work with APIs to integrate backend services (REST or GraphQL)
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Follow coding best practices and participate in code reviews
• Stay updated with the latest React features, tools, and development trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in front-end development (internship or project-based work considered)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and basic React.js concepts
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Understanding of Git and version control workflows
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
