The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer (Vue.js) to lead the creation of dynamic, high-performance web applications. You’ll architect, develop, and optimize front-end solutions, collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers, and mentor junior developers to uphold our high standards in performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Front-End Ownership – Build, optimize, and maintain front-end solutions from concept to deployment.
• Component-Based Development – Create reusable UI components (Vue.js expertise required; knowledge of React, Next.js, Nuxt.js, and Alpine.js is a plus).
• UI/UX Implementation – Convert Figma designs or wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance interfaces.
• State Management – Implement efficient strategies using Vuex, Redux, or Zustand.
• Performance Optimization – Ensure speed, scalability, and smooth performance for data-heavy applications.
• SEO & SSR – Apply best practices with Nuxt.js or Next.js for SEO-friendly, server-side rendered apps.
• Debugging & Tooling – Use browser dev tools, Webpack, Vite, and other build tools to optimize performance.
• Cross-Browser Consistency – Guarantee uniform UI/UX across different browsers and devices.
• Testing – Write unit/integration tests with Jest, Cypress, and similar tools.
• Version Control & CI/CD – Maintain clean Git workflows, contribute to code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentorship & Collaboration – Guide junior developers and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• JavaScript & TypeScript Mastery – Deep understanding of ES6+, core JS concepts, and complex logic handling.
• Vue.js Expertise – Proven experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js; familiarity with React, Next.js, Alpine.js is beneficial.
• HTML, CSS & Frameworks – Strong skills in semantic HTML, TailwindCSS, and UI libraries like ShadCN.
• Performance & Build Tools – Skilled in Webpack, Vite, and web performance optimization.
• Browser & DOM Knowledge – In-depth understanding of rendering processes and DOM manipulation.
• API Integration – Experience with REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and state management libraries.
• Design Systems & CSS – Strong grasp of scalable styling and CSS variables.
