What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Regional Financial Transformation who will join our Regional Finance Transformation Directorate.

• Provide consultancy to business units on critical transformation opportunities such as digitalization, automation, and up-to-date technologies,
• Ensure agreement with relevant stakeholders during the implementation phase,
• Coordinate project deployments and trainings,
• Create change plans and lead efforts to embrace the transformation within the Finance function,
• Design workflows and create corporate memory,
• Carry out activities for the dissemination of successful practices that increase speed and efficiency and improve processes within the company.

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Graduated from MIS, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related departments,
• Has experience in Project Management,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
• Outside the box thinking ability,
