Associate / Senior Associate - Law Firm

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Real Estate (Due Diligence) to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate legal due diligence, with a strong understanding of land and property laws, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Due Diligence:

• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence of land parcels and built-up properties.
• Examine and verify title documents, ownership records, sale deeds, encumbrance certificates, and other related property documents.
• Review applicable land use regulations, government approvals, zoning laws, and building permissions.
• Identify existing or potential legal risks, including ongoing or historical litigation.
• Draft clear and actionable legal risk reports and summaries for internal stakeholders or clients.
• Coordinate with local authorities, legal counsel, and third-party consultants to obtain required information and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university; candidates with specialization in real estate or property law will be preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate law, particularly title verification and due diligence.
• Familiarity with land and property laws applicable in India, especially in the Delhi-NCR region.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,461.99 - ₹35,000.00 per month
