The Associate Software Content Specialist supports software content updates for
tax.com. The Associate Software Content Specialist is required to update various tax content to support the Software division and maintain software databases to ensure database and report integrity. The Associate Content Specialist will collaborate closely with more senior team members to learn and develop all aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills. The successful candidate will be effective in researching tax content, updating databases, navigating software backend features, and paying close attention to details. Tasks:

Support a catalogue of software content and compliance requirements.

Report changes to supported content on the assigned schedule.

Enter reported changes into the appropriate systems.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Research skills using tax research tools and navigating the internet.

Ability to effectively update content in the respective databases.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Pro is plus.
