Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the functional and technical requirements
• Ability to guide the team but also do hands-on development when needed
• Partner with team members to build robust, efficient, effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, and architects
• Implement solutions aligned to the enterprise strategy leveraging strategic tools/technologies, patterns, processes
• Evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing technologies and tools, influence technical teams to build the right systems that can scale to the needs of the business
• Build exemplary architecture solutions in terms of efficiency, stability, extensibility, and the ability to evolve over time
• Decompose significantly complex engineering problems into straightforward solutions
• Take the lead on projects that may require the work of several teams to implement and develop code as per design specifications and make sure deliverables comply to coding standards
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development process
• Should be able to use AI and AI enabled tools in daily work for productivity increase
• Should be a AI builder, should be able to propose AI driven projects

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience working with .NET Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WebServices
• 2+ years of experience with front-end technologies like Angular or React
• 1+ years of experience with SQL Server, MYSQL, Oracle or other comparable RDMS database system
• 1+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• 1+ years of experience with APIs / micro-services
• 1+ years of experience with code scanning and security tools for code vulnerability, code quality, secret scanning, penetration testing and threat modeling
