Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients and our technical teams, ensuring business requirements are understood, translated, and aligned with IT/software solutions. You will support clients in adopting our solutions by providing training, guidance, and hands-on assistance while also contributing to internal processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Pre-Sales meeting with Business Development team
  • Understand the business requirements of the customers.
  • Be in a consultative mode and guide the customer for optimum solution and empowerment with our solution.
  • Collaborate with Customer, Business Development team and Tech team to design the solution to meet customer requirements
  • Implement the solution according to the SOW, and always deliver something extra
  • Provide training and documentation to the customer team
  • Guide the customer team and prepare them for a better customer experience
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team, Customer teams, and tech teams for smooth project delivery and get the UAT signed
  • Participate in Product Demos & Trainings when required
  • Participate in creating and improving the training material.
  • Document case studies for every customer, especially the interesting ones.
  • Continuously improve the training, Implementation and Onboarding process

Job Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business & Information Technology (BBIT) or relevant degree only.
  • 1 year of experience in an IT or Software Company. Exposure to client-facing activities, software usage, or IT operations preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT systems.
  • Familiarity with common IT/software concepts such as databases, integrations, cloud-based application.
  • Good business acumen. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them without deep coding knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking.
  • Confidence in handling clients and providing end-user training & support.
  • Time management and ownership mindset for handling deliverables.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of CRM, ERP, or Contact Center solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS or software product environments.
  • Exposure to creating documentation, user guides, or training material.
