Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot hardware, network, security, and software-related issues remotely.
    • Ensure all requests are raised on the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO).
    • Properly document issues before closing and update the ticket accordingly.
    • Prioritize issues and requests based on severity, ticket volume, resolution time, and user feedback score.
    • Provision and deprovision enterprise email support accounts.
    • Monitor IT infrastructure 24/7, including servers, networks, firewalls, backup jobs, databases, and other business applications. Create and assign tickets based on incident severity and report to seniors for timely resolution.
    • Provide enterprise application support and access management support to end-users.
    • Provide office 365 Email Administration and support etc.
    • Basic Cloud Knowledge (Azure is preferred)

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Good in verbal communication and written skill with internal & external users.
    • Willing to work in 24x7 shifts as per requirement.
    • Willing to provide extended support or extra working hours as desire.
    • Should be a good team player
