MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATE
- Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, handling correspondence, and ordering supplies.
- Marketing & Listings: Posting properties online (MLS, websites, social media), designing brochures, creating digital ads, and updating listings.
- Client & Transaction Coordination: Scheduling showings/open houses, collecting documents, preparing forms/contracts, communicating with clients, and managing databases.
- Property Support: Coordinating repairs, staging, and putting up/removing signs for properties.
- Market Research: Performing basic market analyses to help agents price homes effectively.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, real estate tools).
- Knowledge of social media and basic marketing.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
