Associate Trainee Business Developer

Summary

A motivated and detail-oriented Associate Trainee Business Developer is sought to support our Business functions with various tasks. The associate will gain practical experience in client communications, project coordination, proposal preparation, and business development strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the inner workings of a dynamic IT services company while contributing to the success of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Assist with preparing and sending client follow-up emails and proposals.
• Help draft and manage project documentation (proposals, contracts, and agreements).
• Coordinate meetings with clients and manage communication schedules.
• Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and trends to support business development efforts.
• Support the senior Business professionals with lead management tasks and CRM updates.
• Assist in drafting presentations and reports for clients and internal meetings.
• Maintain communication logs and keep track of client feedback and responses.
• Handle administrative tasks related to project management and daily operations.
• Learn and assist with the use of tools like ClickUp for task management, GChat for communication, and others.
• Attend client meetings and take notes to help with follow-up tasks and action items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Skills

• Basic understanding of business development principles.
• Developing proficiency in professional email communication.
• Emerging ability to assist with proposal writing and documentation.
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings (preferred).
• Familiarity with online research methodologies.
• Basic presentation and report drafting skills.
• Ability to maintain organized records and communication logs.
• Adaptability to new software and tools.
