Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Trainee Business Developer to join our team. This role offers an immersive opportunity to develop skills in international client relations, project management, and growth strategy within a high-growth IT services landscape. Key Responsibilities (KPIs)

  • Client Engagement: Execute professional outreach strategies and manage consistent follow-up communications with prospective leads.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in the creation and structured organization of critical business documents, such as project proposals, service contracts, and legal agreements.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage high-level client meeting calendars and streamline logistics to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Market Intelligence: Perform in-depth research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and potential client profiles to drive informed growth strategies.
  • Operational Assistance: Support senior business developers in lead tracking and maintaining real-time accuracy within CRM systems.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Draft data-backed reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external client reviews.
  • Administrative Oversight: Maintain meticulous logs of client interactions and feedback to enhance overall service quality.
  • Digital Proficiency: Utilize and master modern productivity suites, specifically ClickUp and GChat, to optimize workflow efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strong grasp of fundamental sales cycles and business development logic.
  • Communication Mastery: Developing expertise in executive-level writing and professional email correspondence.
  • Technical Adaptability: The capacity to quickly learn new software platforms and execute advanced online research.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented and proactive work ethic.
