Key Responsibilities (KPIs)

- Documentation Management: Assist in the creation and structured organization of critical business documents, such as project proposals, service contracts, and legal agreements.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage high-level client meeting calendars and streamline logistics to ensure project timelines are met.
- Market Intelligence: Perform in-depth research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and potential client profiles to drive informed growth strategies.
- Operational Assistance: Support senior business developers in lead tracking and maintaining real-time accuracy within CRM systems.
- Reporting & Analysis: Draft data-backed reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external client reviews.
- Administrative Oversight: Maintain meticulous logs of client interactions and feedback to enhance overall service quality.
- Digital Proficiency: Utilize and master modern productivity suites, specifically ClickUp and GChat, to optimize workflow efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a relevant discipline.
