Job Title: Associate Vice President – Creative Strategy Digital

Role Overview:


We are seeking a visionary who can create and implement a robust digital roadmap for our clients, particularly those with traditionally offline brands. This individual will bring a fresh perspective, demonstrating the power of digital marketing beyond just social media and collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive content strategies and collaborative approaches, ultimately enhancing customer journeys and converting engagement into tangible results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build comprehensive digital roadmaps tailored to each client's brand, focusing on transforming traditional marketing approaches to digital-first strategies.
  • Educate clients on the power and potential of digital marketing, moving beyond basic social media tactics to comprehensive digital content and collaboration strategies.
  • Develop and implement creative content strategies that align with clients' brand goals and drive engagement.
  • Foster collaborative efforts between brands and digital influencers, media, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Analyse and map out customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for digital engagement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions through personalized and targeted digital interactions.
  • Work closely with business operations to understand and address customer and brand challenges.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital solutions that support brand building and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with various departments, to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of creativity and digital innovation.
  • Set clear KPIs and objectives for digital campaigns and initiatives.
  • Regularly analyse and report on the performance of digital strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and account management, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing landscapes.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • A deep understanding of customer journeys, digital content strategies, and brand building.
