Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist who excels in Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and performance marketing for e-commerce brands. If you are data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing paid campaigns to drive growth—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands & Display).
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and continuous campaign optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Work closely with e-commerce & content teams for aligned campaign strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Amazon PPC, Google Ads, or overall PPC management.
• Experience with e-commerce brands or online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of paid media KPIs, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Hands-on proficiency with analytics tools (Amazon Advertising Console, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education (BBA/MBA in Marketing, Supply Chain, or relevant fields).
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years on-site).
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Understanding of market research, consumer behavior & digital marketing.
• E-commerce, SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital experience preferred.
