JOB DESCRIPTION OF ASST. BRANCH MANAGER

Assistant Branch Managers play a key role in assisting branch managers in running the daily operations of a branch office, including sales, customer service, and financial performance.

Assistant Branch Manager have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the branch manager in implementing business development strategies
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and resolving problems
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations
  • Conduct regular meetings with the branch team

Skills Required:-

  • Strong leadership skills to supervise and guide other employees in their daily tasks, ensuring that the branch operations are carried out effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with both staff and clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, oversee financial transactions, and monitor the branch’s profitability.
  • Problem-solving skills to tackle any issues or conflicts that may arise, whether they relate to staff, customers, or the bank’s policies.
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage schedules, oversee daily operations, and coordinate various tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
