Purpose of the Role
To manage and oversee all administrative, facility, logistics, and support services at the fabrication yard, ensuring smooth day?to?day operations in compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Facility Management

Manage day?to?day administrative operations of the fabrication yard.

Oversee office administration, accommodation, canteen, transport, housekeeping, and security services.

Ensure proper upkeep of yard offices, buildings, utilities, and common facilities.

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, AMC, and support service
Logistics & Asset Management

Manage transport arrangements, vehicle deployment, and driver administration.

Maintain records for yard assets, office equipment, consumables, and stationery.
