Job Description


  • Recruitment & Staffing

    • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters).
    • Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
    • Maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for project/department needs.
    • Manage onboarding, joiner documentation, and induction programs.
  • 2. Employee Records & HR Operations

    • Maintain updated employee files (digital and physical).
    • Ensure timely generation of ID cards, access cards
    • Handle attendance, leaves, shift records, and timesheets.

  • 3. Training & Development

    • Identify training needs through discussions with managers.
    • Organize technical, safety, and soft‑skills training sessions.
    • Maintain training calendars and training effectiveness reports.
  • 4. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Address employee grievances and work as the bridge between management and staff.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
    • Promote a positive and safe workplace culture, especially on project sites.
  • 5. Performance Management

    • Support the annual and mid‑year performance appraisal cycles.
    • Coordinate KRAs/KPIs, reviews, and documentation.
    • Assist managers in performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • 6. HR Policy Implementation

    • Communicate and ensure adherence to HR policies across teams.
    • Assist in updating SOPs and HR guidelines based on organizational needs.
