Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – HR to support daily HR operations in a growing real estate organization. The role focuses on recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This position is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience who is ready to take ownership of core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, site, and corporate roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Schedule interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs including incentives and commissions.
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Compliance & Policy Support:

  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, CLRA).
  • Ensure HR policies and SOPs are followed across departments.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and audit records.

HR Reporting:

  • Prepare basic HR MIS reports (headcount, hiring status, attrition).
  • Support management with HR data and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in real estate, construction, or sales-driven organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Practical, execution-focused HR professional.
