Job Description: Asst Manager Store
Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, delivering excellent customer service, and leading the store team to achieve sales and operational targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels, stock receiving, storage, and issuance
- Ensure proper documentation of stock, sales, and store records
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and other departments as required
- Coordinate with other departments for timely delivery of inventory items
- Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report timely
- Implement cost control measures and reduce wastage
- Prepare reports on inventory and store performance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory control and store procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel / ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant store or inventory management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
