  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software and knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based infrastructure.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or KVM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Linux-based solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect Linux systems from unauthorized access and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to minimize data loss and maintain business continuity.
  • Automate system administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Bash or Python to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper system security and data integrity.
  • Manage Linux users and client hosts in your realm from one central location with CLI, Web UI or RPC access. Enable Single Sign On authentication.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network services, including DNS, and LDAP.
  • Collaborate with software developers and system analysts to troubleshoot and resolve software compatibility issues on Linux platforms.
  • Evaluate and recommend software upgrades to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Proficient in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Knowledge of storage technologies, such as RAID, SAN, and NAS.
  • Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures on Linux systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Linux Administrator or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of server hardware and experience in server management.
  • Experience with configuration , such as Ansible or Puppet, Mail Server FTP Server File Server Log Server Repo Server is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Linux administration.

Requirement:

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field.

Age Limit: 25 to 30

Experience:

4+ Years as a System Administrator.

Skills:

First rate written and verbal communication skills.
