The Assistant Manager – Taxation & Compliance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Assisting in the management of corporate, taxation, and regulatory compliance matters of the Company
- Handling income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax compliance, including preparation and filing of returns
- Coordinating and liaising with tax authorities, external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Supporting management in tax planning, compliance risk assessment, and corporate governance matters
- Supervising day-to-day activities of the tax and accounts team and providing guidance where required
- Ensuring timely preparation and submission of statutory returns, financial statements, and other regulatory filings
- Assisting in audits, assessments, notices, and correspondence with relevant authorities
- Performing any other duties related to finance, accounts, taxation, or advisory functions as assigned by management
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- CA Inter with Articles Completed, ACCA, ACMA, or M.COM qualification (or equivalent), with completed articles/training
- Minimum 5+ years of proven professional experience in taxation, accounts, and compliance functions
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or services organization will be preferred

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
