Designation: Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager- Accounts

Experience- 2-5 Years/Fresher

Qualification- B.Com (H) /M.Com with 2-5/5-7 yrs. of experience into Accountant/Financial/Audit role with recruitment exposure with Tally-ERP 9 ,other accounting software package and Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer

Job Purpose:

· To assist finance team in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, Budget, MIS etc.

· To handle complete accounting activities at HO/Branch level

Key Accountabilities:

Business and Financial Targets

· Book Keeping & Accounting including documentation & filling

· Profound knowledge of Tally is essential & independently handling accounts up to trial balance & finalization.

· Thorough knowledge of maintaining handling bank’s Net banking software for internal as well as external transactions & other day to day banking routines.

· In-depth knowledge in handling & executing various Taxation jobs including Income Tax, TDS, Profession Tax & other such government related agency. The know-how should also comprise of how to operate & manage the files on the respective departments online/E-portals.

· Advanced knowledge of GST & its functions along with the understanding of its deadlines & submission dates as well as the know-how to manage GST’S online/E-portal.

· Ability to independently handle Office routines like Following up with Suppliers, Filing, Record Keeping, Petty Cash Maintenance etc. & street-smart nature to convincingly get the job done.

· Site Account checking ,entry , Bank Reconciliation

· Ability to file TDS Returns and GST Returns etc

· Ability to deal with Bank for fund transfer, Bank Guarantee, Loan documentation etc

Male Candidate Preferable with Engineering Consultancy Company experience & passport holder.

Salary -up to 25000 monthly (ESI-EPF-Medical Insurance-Accident Insurance-Lunch subsidy –Site fooding/accommodation-paid sick-privilege-annual leave-performance bonus etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
