Job Role

    Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle, planning, avenues, sourcing mix, cost effective methods for sourcing the best
    Campus recruitment Referral scheme (MGM) Consultants / Corporate Consultants Web Based Sources Training Institutes Job fairs Initiating new projects to increase sourDriving recruitment through:cing through HR. Organize Recruitment Drives through Consultants, Job fairs, news paper Advertisement Empanelment of Consultants. Marketing Visibility and Advertisement
    Payment for Resourcing
Job fair cost negotiation, CRS, Advertisement cost, Hiring cost and follow up with finance department for final payments. Formalizing and updating MGM payment tracker and forwarding the payment details to payroll department. Follow up with other sourcing agencies for bills due for payment.
    Recruitment for Corporate Office
Sourcing the candidates for corporate level hiring and taking initial round of interview. Upon selection, scheduling further round of interviews with the senior management. Negotiating on salary offered and preparing the appointment letters. New Joining Induction to the RHR and corporate team
    Drive Recruitment through Regional Teams
Driving and monitoring RHR for sourcing requirements and new initiatives to achieve departmental goal of sourcing.
    Reports
Preparing monthly and annual sourcing reports Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual HRIC/FTR reports. Preparing consolidated web based sourcing reports Preparing MGM consolidated report Preparing MIS with hiring requirements collected and collated across the business. Preparing Consultancy MIS, weed out report New joinee detailed MIS Preparing Monthly payout data for recruitment vendors
    Special Projects
As per Management requirements, Special projects are assigned twice or thrice in a Financial year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Talent Acquisition Empanelment with Recruitment Stake Holders Onboarding Managing External Stake Holder Supporting Regional and State HR for achieving sourcing goals Maintaining MIS People Engagement Special Projects Vendor Performance and Payment Region Visit
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED

Post-Graduation Mandatory Good written and verbal communication Relevant Experience in Recruitment Good knowledge of Excel Relationship management Eye for detail
