Asst. Marketing Manager (Luxury-Retail)

Job Description

Position Summary/Job Purpose: We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a Fashion background. Candidate should have a passion for fashion/sports, a talent for leadership and a drive for success, talented, dynamic leaders who are passionate about Fashion.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness across multiple channels.
    • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  2. Budget Management and Financial Analytics:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget with strong financial oversight.
    • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture customer relationships.
    • Analyze customer data to drive targeted marketing efforts and improve engagement.
  4. Graphic Design and Brand Management:
    • Apply graphic design skills to create compelling visual content.
    • Oversee brand management activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
  5. Digital Marketing Proficiency:
    • Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
  6. Influencer Marketing:
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, with a focus on influencers in the UAE market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive brand engagement.
  7. Public Relations and Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage PR agency relationships to ensure effective media coverage and brand representation.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Event Management:
    • Plan and execute marketing events and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure successful event execution.
  9. Flexibility and Adaptability:
    • Adapt marketing strategies to respond to changing market conditions and business needs.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of tasks and challenges.
  10. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 marketing professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Employment Standards Minimum Qualification required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
Experience:
  • 5-10 years' experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes:
  • Previous luxury retail background and a strong understanding of the Middle East region
  • Team Managing Experience
  • Ability to set and execute marketing strategies
  • Ability to deal with media and PR agencies
  • Experienced in identifying and handling Social Media Influencers
  • Digital Marketing understanding
  • Budget management responsibility
