Marketing Lead

Marketing Lead

You will be employed in the position of Marketing Lead. In relation to your duties, you will report to the Managing Director or such other persons as the management may deem appropriate from time to time.

At the position of Marketing Lead, you shall perform the following duties which include, but are not limited to:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement a practical annual marketing plan aligned with company growth targets.

· Manage the marketing budget and prioritize high-ROI activities.

· Track and report on marketing performance monthly.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

· Initialize, manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.

· Improve inbound lead generation and lead quality.

· Monitor cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

SEO & Website Management

· Work closely with SEO agency and ensure targets are met.

· Conduct keyword research relevant to UAE corporate services.

· Upload blogs and ensure website content is updated regularly.

· Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Social Media & Content

· Manage all the digital platforms.

· Create and schedule consistent posts.

· Develop blogs, newsletters, and basic marketing materials.

· Maintain consistent and professional brand messaging.

CRM & Lead Management (Zoho) · Ensure all inbound leads (website, ads, social media, referrals) are properly captured in Zoho CRM. · Set up and monitor lead sources and tracking.

· Coordinate CRM integration with website forms and marketing tools.

· Assign leads to management or sales team as applicable.

· Monitor lead conversion rates and provide reporting insights.

· Maintain CRM data accuracy related to marketing activities.

Agency & Vendor Coordination

· Liaise with external marketing agencies and service providers.

· Set clear deliverables and monitor performance.

· Review and approve content and campaigns before launch.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

· Monitor website traffic, organic rankings, and digital campaign performance.

· Provide clear monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

· Continuously improve marketing performance based on data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, Marketing degree, with strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, website optimization, and content marketing.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM) and lead tracking.
  • Ability to manage social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
  • Experience in B2B or professional services marketing is a plus.
