Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope, using various project management tools and methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in planning and managing end-to-end project execution.


  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.


  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.


  • Monitor project performance and escalate issues or risks when necessary.


  • Support in change management processes, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.


  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.


  • Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams working under Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.


  • Identify and proactively resolve project bottlenecks and issues.


  • Ensure effective communication and follow-ups with all involved parties.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.


  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.


  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.


  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.


  • Experience in escalation and change management.


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
